Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions before booking any service with Wash n Gloss. By making a booking, you agree to the terms below.
1. About Us
Wash n Gloss operates from Unit 11, Enborne Business Park, PO20 7NE.
2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once agreed directly by Wash n Gloss.
Booking confirmations may include:

booking date
-
service location
-
selected service
-
estimated arrival time
-
vehicle details
-
agreed price
3. Pricing
All prices shown are starting prices and may vary depending on:
-
vehicle size
-
condition
-
contamination level
-
pet hair
-
excessive dirt
-
specialist requirements
Any additional work or revised pricing will always be discussed before proceeding.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible.
Late cancellations may incur a charge of up to the booking value where time has been reserved.
5. Arrival Times
Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, previous bookings, or circumstances outside our control.
We will always aim to keep customers updated where delays occur.
6. Vehicle Preparation
Before your appointment, customers should:

remove valuables and personal belongings

provide safe access to the vehicle
-
ensure sufficient working space
-
ensure the vehicle can be moved if required
Additional time required due to vehicle preparation may result in extra charges.
7. Service Results
We always aim for the best possible result. However, some stains, scratches, defects, or contamination may be permanent and cannot always be fully removed.
8. Customer Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle on completion.
If there are any concerns, please notify us immediately so we can resolve them fairly.
If you are not present, any issues must be reported within 24 hours, ideally with photographs.
9. Liability
Wash n Gloss will take all reasonable care while working on your vehicle.
We are not responsible for:

pre-existing damage
-
weak trim, badges or fittings
-
worn paintwork
-
electrical or mechanical faults
-
issues outside our reasonable control
10. Ceramic Coatings / PPF / Specialist Services
Warranty periods and aftercare requirements depend on the specific product selected and following correct maintenance guidance.
11. Vehicle Storage
Where storage services are provided, responsibility for insurance, tax, and legal road status remains with the vehicle owner unless agreed otherwise in writing.
12. Payments
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Late or unpaid balances may be subject to recovery costs where necessary.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, supplier delays, or emergencies.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
